Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack your Speediance unit and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup of your equipment.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
